Tapedza Masanganise continues to look through the words of Jesus, in the Red Letters series.

As Jesus concluded the section of His sermon dealing with the requirement of loving even our enemies, Jesus knew that we would try to dodge its demands by judging our enemies and excusing ourselves. So He gives a strong corrective by showing how we should focus on showing mercy, not judgment, even toward those who have wronged us

Luke 6 : 37 – 38

37 “Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. 38 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
